Birch Hollow is perfect for those looking for a completely secluded experience in the Catskill Mountains. The Scandinavian/Boho-chic cottage features four bedrooms and two bathrooms, a well appointed kitchen with all of the appliances you might need, a wood burning stove and outdoor hot tub, large deck as well as access to hiking paths directly from the property. Near to Ashokan Reservoir, Mohonk Preserve and quaint towns like High Falls and Stone Ridge.

OUTDOOR LIVING SPACE:
The back deck features an outdoor dining area, BBQ grill and lounge area as well as the hot tub, which is available for use year round but we cannot control if it is out of service during your stay due to maintenance issues. Guests understand that they use the hot tub at their own risk.
LOCAL WILDLIFE: There are bear, coyote, deer, owls, bobcats, ticks, snakes and much other wildlife around so be prepared when hiking and in the yard.
CELL SERVICE: Cell service is spotty, you can normally get texts but calls are better made on the land line.
The property is available for booking small outdoor weddings of 80 people or less. Please inquire for pricing and details.
