KITCHEN
The brand new kitchen features and open low with a central island and ample counter space for cooking and entertaining. The kitchen includes a stainless steel dishwasher and electric stove and oven. The kitchen opens to the dining area and entertaining space with areas for guests to gather and enjoy.

INDOOR LIVING SPACE
The downstairs family room includes a Smart TV (with Roku—to be used with your personal streaming credentials) and wood stove with built in wood storage which adds a rustic charm to this modern home. The space creates the perfect setting a cozy movie night or just relaxation with a crackling fire.

The main floor includes three cozy bedrooms including a master with en-suite bath (with shower). There is another full bathroom with a tub on the main floor as well as a fourth bedroom on the lower level. The lower level also includes workout space (weights and yoga mats available) and dedicated work space and desk.

Toiletries from Public Goods available in both bathrooms and a washer and dryer are located on site (on the lower level) for your convenience.

OUTDOOR LIVING SPACE
The kitchen opens to a two level deck with dining area, as well as a BBQ grill and smoker. The property includes an expansive fire pit, lounge chairs and an outdoor shower. There is also access to the manicured vegetable garden—which guests can pick from when in season. Please inquire to confirm what is available based on the dates of your reservation.

There is a garden caretaker that lives next door to the property who maintains the thriving property. There is a privacy fence between the two plots for your convenience.
