The four bedroom, two bathroom house includes ample room for lounging by the fireplace, enjoying a meal in the spacious kitchen or enjoying the secluded and expansive outdoor area. The property’s location in Olivebridge offers proximity to the Ashokan Reservoir and cozy towns like High Falls and Stone Ridge.
The property features:
KITCHEN: The kitchen includes an open layout with exposed shelving and a dishwasher for easy clean up. The dining table seats eight and there is a high chair available for children. The kitchen has everything you’ll need to make cooking and grilling with friends and family easy.
LIVING SPACE: The living room features double height ceilings and a wood burning fireplace as well as a sectional couch for cozying up with a good book or glass of wine. There is a Smart TV as well for movie nights and lazy afternoons.
OUTDOOR SPACE: The house offers everything you need for year-round entertaining. A pool with safety fencing and latched gate includes lounge chairs and pool floats. The expansive deck features a screened in porch for outdoor dining, as well as plush outdoor seating and fire pit. Features include a deck with access to a large outdoor dining table for 10 people, a propane grill, in-ground pool, and a wood-burning fire pit. There is a large grassy area for kids to enjoy as well as lawn games. The eight-acre property has an organic garden with grape vines, and apple, pear, and apricot trees.
