This is the historic Leibhardt church converted into a cozy and chic home with a pool and hot tub. It used to be a Christmas tree farm back in the day! Now it sits on a quiet street with a lovely, breezy yard full of trees to look up at from the swimming pool lounge area.

A fully renovated kitchen is available to use with a dishwasher, full sized fridge, and stove/oven. Plenty of wine glasses for your group as you sit out in the sun room, an expansive lounge area with massive windows.

Inside the quaint living space is a full sized dining table to enjoy meals with your group. Upstairs is a lofted bedroom (does not have a door) with a cozy queen sized bed. Downstairs is the second bedroom with a very large closet and another queen bed. There is one small TV in the Living Area, a wood stove, a grill, and a propane fireplace!

The pool will be open for Memorial Day weekend! This house has multiple fans but the AC will not be installed until after June 9th.
