The property is near the Rondout Creek, with its boat/kayak rentals, as well as the HV Rail Trail connecting Kingston, Rosendale, New Paltz & Highland! Enjoy the massive sun-filled kitchen & separate dining room, gas fireplace, bluestone patio with grill & fire pit. Near local farms, the Shawangunk Mountains, restaurants, breweries, wineries & more! Great for boaters, climbers & hikers as well as foodies.
The home offers 2,400 square feet of space for entertaining year-round. It’s ideal for anyone interested in taking in laid-back country views, getting lost on beautiful back roads or enjoying adventures like rock climbing, hiking, kayaking, sailing, cycling and more. The house is perfect for families with young children and groups of friends looking for a weekend retreat away from the city. The space includes:
KITCHEN
The enormous sunlit kitchen features a large island with breakfast bar seating, large sink and dishwasher, as well as a large dining table. A separate formal dining room provides additional ample space for entertaining. High chair available for use.
The sun-filled room also offers direct access to the backyard patio, with its fire pit, grill, outdoor dining table and lounge furniture.

The main living space includes a Smart TV with Sonos soundbar, classic Jotul gas fireplace and reading nook.

– Guest Room 2: Kids room with two twin beds + crib
NOTE: This room features attic-style sloped ceilings, soft floor mats and furniture for small children. Adults should watch their heads when walking into the room. It’s an ideal room for children but an air mattress is also on site if adults need additional sleeping arrangements.
Toiletries from Public Goods are provided in all three bathrooms and a washer and dryer are located on main level for your convenience.
